About My Journey
My journey into integrative physiotherapy began with a curiosity to go beyond conventional approaches. Guided by mentors like Dr. David Roze, I combined my background in physiotherapy with osteopathy, clinical nutrition, mindfulness and conscious movement to create our innovate methodology:
Bio Integrative Physio Method Over the past 15 years, I have specialized in nervous system regulation, somatosensory integration, lymphatic system gut-brain communication, and holistic wellness, working with both adults and children to develop personalized treatments that help people understand their pain, improve digestion, recover from injuries more effectively, and connect their emotional world with their physical body.
Today, my work goes far beyond the muscular system — It’s about understanding that the problem is not in the tissue, but in how the nervous system interprets the information. When the information is incorrect, pain, compensation, excessive protection, or movement limitations arise.
What Our Methodology Looks Like
What's Includes the Program
Our BIO Integrative Physio protocol goes beyond symptoms. We target the root cause by restoring balance in your nervous, lymphatic, and digestive systems, enhancing neuromuscular function, and supporting you with targeted gut microbiome nutrition, emotional regulation, and stress management, helping you live pain-free, regain your energy, and move with freedom again
How Long Does the Program Last?
The Protocol includes five sessions over two to four weeks.
From our experience, by the third session, people usually start to notice changes and improvements in pain, mobility, digestion, energy and body connection.
What Happens After the Program Ends?
We recommend a follow-up after two weeks, depending on the individual’s progress, and then meeting once a month to maintain the achieved balance.
Can children also attend Bio Integrative Physio sessions?
Yes, children from 4 years old and up can follow the Bio Integrative Physio protocols.
